The Azzurri were hard at work at the SSCN Konami Training Centre on Tuesday morning as their opening group match of the 2022/23 Champions League tournament draws near. Luciano Spalletti’s men are set to face Liverpool at the Stadio Maradona on Wednesday evening at 21:00 CEST.
After a warm-up and rondos, the team trained on pitch one, with a programme centred around technical and tactical drills, set-piece practice and training matches on a small pitch.
Hirving Lozano joined the group for the entire session. Victor Osimhen followed his own programme in the gym and on the pitch, while Diego Demme had treatment and a personalised session on the pitch.
